Her thirty plus years of combined educational and non traditional workplace experience allows success in designing efficiency, productivity, and profitability in education and community reinvestment projects. Debra consistently develops new business eco-models, to educate, empower and engage businesses and community.

Moses has over 30 years of experience working with entrepreneurs on two continents; North America and Africa. He formerly worked as an Investment Officer with a major pension fund in Ghana, West Africa. In this role, Moses conducted due diligence on an array of investment options, including stocks, bonds, direct equity investments as well as loan facilities to various business entities. Investments that Moses has assisted to set up include banks, non-bank financial institutions, hotels, manufacturing concerns and real estate investment; both residential and commercial. Following this, he set up his own management consulting firm that provided financial expertise to government organizations, international nonprofits as well as private companies.
Organizations that Moses worked with in various capacities include the Bloomberg LP, International Monetary Fund, The Canadian International Development Agency and The Danish International Development Agency. Later in his career, Moses worked with the Bank of New York Mellon as an Assistant Vice President. In this role, Moses assisted bank clients to obtain expansion funds and spearheaded the development of a bank subsidiary as the Project Coordinator. In this capacity, Moses coordinated the development of this new entity by successfully overseeing a team with members in Brussels, India and New York City. For seven years Moses worked with the Rutgers Newark Small Business Development Center as a consultant, trainer and later as an Advisory Board member. He later joined the SBDC in Florida and was appointed the Manager of the FSBDC office in Seminole County, Florida. Through his collaborative approach, Moses spearheaded the introduction of SBDC services to distressed economic communities in Sanford, Florida. This included assisting clients to tap into SBA Disaster and Bridge loans for their businesses.
Moses is highly skilled in assisting entrepreneurs to develop their businesses into viable entities. His experience over the years has given him a strong set of skills in the areas of finance, corporate restructuring and business management, that he leverages to support clients.
In addition to business consulting, Moses has been an adjunct faculty for about 7 colleges/universities throughout the US. In all, he has taught over 1,000 students. Courses he has taught include business, economics, and international finance. Moses is a Certified Export Consultant. He taught Economics at Essex County College for 12 years as an adjunct. Moses is a former radio host for several business programs and has had his own business column in a financial paper. He holds an MBA in Finance from Rutgers University as well as an M. Phil, in Economics from the University of Ghana, Legon.
Moses has published his first book, “ Unlocking the door to excellent grades at the college and university level”. Published by I Universe, The book is currently available on Amazon and most major book channels. The book is intended for final year high school students as well as college and university students. It provides a variety of strategies students can utilize to improve their academic performance.
Moses is a self-taught guitarist and has been trained on playing the trombone. He has been a fan of the NY Yankees as well as the Pittsburgh Steelers for over 40 years. He enjoys attending live games and similar events.
